Information we collect

• Booking details: name, WhatsApp number, email address, event, attendee count and payment amount.
• Verification files: one personal ID proof for the lead attendee and a manual UPI payment screenshot.
• Contact inquiries: the details and message you choose to send through the contact form.
• Security records: limited technical information used for rate limiting, fraud prevention and audit logs.

Why we use it

We use booking information only to reserve event places, verify payment, prevent duplicate registration, communicate event information and issue a confirmed ticket.

Contact details are used to answer the inquiry you submitted. We do not publish booking, inquiry or identity information.

ID-proof protection

You may cover the document number and address before uploading. The lead attendee’s name and photograph should remain visible for verification.

The ID file is stored privately, accessible only through the owner-authorised review area, and automatically removed after the booking is approved or rejected. It is never printed on a ticket.

Payment and security

MINGLX(O) never asks for or stores a UPI PIN, OTP, card number or online-banking password. Manual payment proofs are used only to verify the related booking.

The website uses encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side validation, access controls, rate limiting, restricted file types and activity logs.

Your choices

You may ask MINGLX(O) to correct your contact details or review a privacy concern through the secure contact form. Some booking and transaction information may need to be retained where required for event administration, accounting, dispute handling or law.
