Bookings below ₹500

These bookings are non-refundable. A confirmed place may be transferred to another eligible participant after MINGLX(O) is informed and the replacement details are verified.

Bookings from ₹500 to ₹2,000

• 100% refund when cancellation is accepted at least 72 hours before the event.
• 50% refund when cancellation is accepted at least 24 hours before the event.
• No refund within 24 hours of the event, unless MINGLX(O) cancels it.

Bookings above ₹2,000

• 100% refund when cancellation is accepted at least 14 days before the event.
• 50% refund when cancellation is accepted at least 7 days before the event.
• No refund within 7 days of the event, unless MINGLX(O) cancels it.

How to request

Send the booking ID, registered WhatsApp number and request through the secure contact form. Refund eligibility is calculated from the time the request is received.

Approved manual-UPI refunds are returned to a verified payment destination. MINGLX(O) will never ask for a UPI PIN or OTP.
