Event-specific registration

A registration applies only to the event shown during booking. Submission does not create a platform-wide membership or reserve places in any other event.

A manual-UPI booking remains under verification until the owner confirms the payment proof. A valid ticket is issued only after confirmation.

Accurate participant details

The lead attendee must provide accurate contact details and a permitted ID proof. MINGLX(O) may reject duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or unverifiable registrations.

Registration availability

Registrations remain open while the event is accepting participants. If MINGLX(O) later needs to pause registrations for operational reasons, the booking form will clearly show that registrations are closed.

Respectful participation

Participants must follow venue rules, host instructions and reasonable safety requirements. Harassment, unsafe conduct, discrimination or deliberate disruption may result in removal without readmission.

Changes and cancellations

Event timing, venue or format may change where reasonably necessary. If MINGLX(O) cancels an event, confirmed participants will be offered the applicable refund or transfer option.
